Business Empowerment Programs
The Business Empowerment Programs (BEP) assists business owners with the overall operations of their company. The mission of the program is to enhance the knowledge of the business owner to not only manage but grow a successful company. The BEP offers a variety of services to mentor companies to increase their profitability.
Our training curriculum supports women business owners with the fundamentals to run their company. Training is an investment, not a cost. The benefits include improved productivity, higher yields, improved safety, reduced environmental risks, more process up time and improved employee productivity. Courses are facilitated via instructor-led classes, counseling (one on one and group) and webinars.
