About the event
This healing-centered presentation is designed to support individuals in reframing their trauma, reclaiming their identity, and reawakening their purpose. Drawing on mental health trauma-informed principles, spiritual empowerment, and personal experiences, the program guides participants through a transformative journey from pain to purpose, from just existing to living victoriously.
Join Dr. Renee Dickerson for a transformative session designed to help you move beyond fear, anxiety, and survival-based thinking—and begin rewriting the narrative of your life with clarity, courage, and compassion.
Through a blend of guided reflection, creative exercises, and spiritual grounding, this experience invites you to confront what’s been holding you back and embrace the possibility of emotional healing and forward movement.
In this session, you’ll explore:
How trauma may influence your story but doesn’t have to define your identity
Tools for managing anxiety and fear with greater awareness and intention
Practices for emotional honesty, spiritual reflection, and safe self-expression
The power of visualization and affirmation to reimagine your future
How to reconnect with your strengths and release perfectionism
You’ll also engage in powerful activities including:
The Identity Tree — A visual tool to help you rediscover your values and dreams
‘Cross It Out’ Journaling — Releasing false narratives and rewriting your truth
The Bridge Ritual — A symbolic transition from surviving to thriving
If you're ready to make space for healing, honesty, and hope, this session is for you.
