What The Health Is Going On With You?

When you eat, are you feeding sickness & disease or restoring your health?

The mouth is the gateway to the rest of your body. Consuming junk foods such as greasy, fried foods, processed sugars, artificial flavors and sweeteners, when eaten in excess, act as fuel for sickness and diseases in our bodies.

But there’s good news! If wrong eating can increase your risk of sickness & disease, then eating right can reduce your risk of sickness and disease. Whole foods like fruits, vegetables, and legumes act as ideal fuel for our bodily functions and aid in building up our immune systems.

Seed. Time. Harvest.

Your body is like soil. Whatever you plant inside of your body determines what the harvest will be. Are you planting seeds of sickness & disease? Or are you planting seeds of good health & wellness?

When God created man, He took the dust of the earth and breathed life into it. We were created from the same place our food was created. Eat what your body knows and is naturally designed to respond to, so that your body will be in optimal condition for cleansing, building, and restoring.

Genesis 1:29 tells us what food we should be eating— God’s food.

And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.” (English Standard Version)

Brain/Gut Connection

Your body, like a car, has a manual that tells you what is required for proper functioning— pay attention to what your body is telling you. An unhealthy gut microbiome leads to inflammation and leaky gut which slows the production of neurotransmitters and can affect many areas of brain function. Some symptoms and indicators of an unhealthy gut include: depression, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, brain fog, memory issues, and more.

The gut tells the story of your body. When you heal your gut, you can expect to see improvements in your mood, clearer skin, balanced hormones, reduced inflammation & pain, better energy, improved cognitive function, and so much more.

Every 35 days your skin replaces itself and your body makes new cells from the food you eat.

When your organs are fed properly, your organs are able to function optimally and heal itself, as it was designed to.

Reclaim Your Health:

  1. Change the foods you choose. Consuming white and processed sugars paralyzes the immune system for 24 hours. Swap sugars for fruit— a healthy & natural source of sugar. Dates are a great alternative to traditional refined sweeteners.

  2. Dairy is scary. Dairy is fat that you don’t want to eat or wear. Consuming 3 glasses of milk is the fat equivalent of 21 slices of bacon.

  3. Get active. The primary cause of osteoporosis is a sedentary lifestyle. Spend at least 30 minutes doing a physical activity, daily.

  4. Make small sustainable swaps. Reduce your consumption of animal proteins and opt for a more balanced diet that is rich in nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, plant-based proteins, and plenty of water.

  5. 7-day challenge. Challenge yourself to 7-days of eating whole foods. Remove meat, fried foods and fattening oils, sugar, and dairy products. Watch how much weight you lose.

Implementing these changes long-term results in:

  • Clearing blood vessels

  • More oxygen in the body

  • Stronger immune systems

  • Less toxins, irregulated hormones, and disease-friendly environment

  • Longer life

With proper eating habits you can have a brand new body in 7 years. You can live long and live strong, with absolutely nothing wrong, when you learn how to eat live. You are a walking miracle!
