In the past many retirees were able to retire and largely rely on Social Security and

pensions for a big portion of their retirement income.  Unfortunately, in today's world,

these programs are now providing a much smaller percentage. This seminar will cover the

retirement savings landscape and the factors that influence it such as longevity, inflation,

procrastination, and taxes.

She is known for her “90 Days of Purpose” Lifestyle Plan, a biblical-based health

program she has taught to thousands. It was created to educate those who want real

answers to sickness and disease. This program transforms lives through biblical,

practical, scientific and education, with a spiritual approach. She is the author of New Identity Eating, a plant-based cookbook that shares new ways of preparing foods that are designed to bring healing and wholeness to the body.

She has implemented nutrition seminars/programs for schools and churches, non-

profit organizations, women’s organizations, and counseled clients individually and

in groups. She is the recipient of the Young Outstanding Business Woman of Union

Country, New Jersey Award, and was listed in the Who’s Who of Professional

Business Women.
